Is Bostonia still affordable?

So, With a population of 16,545, Bostonia is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 16,545 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Hope this helps!.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in North for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The safety scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
