First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $189,519, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $189,519 in Bothell East. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
