Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Bothell East sits at 72.1 per 100K. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $1,047,300 on average. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
