Hi all, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 14,487, Bothell East is a small town. Homes are going for about $1,047,300 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
