Curious what people think. My partner and I are Rent is about $2,181/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 14,487 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
