Freelancing from Bothell -experience?

Hey, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $871,300, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 48,610 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? TIA!

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The outdoor recreation is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
