Alright, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $132,232, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 48,610 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
