I've been here for 12 years and Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 48,610, Bothell is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $871,300, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
