Rent in Bothell getting crazy

Hey everyone, I work in food service and Rent is about $2,295/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $871,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great craft beer places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much pricey but now it's excellent.
