Rent in Bothell getting crazy
Hey everyone, I work in food service and Rent is about $2,295/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $871,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
