Thinking about relocating to Bothell from Nashville

First post here. I'm retired and Household incomes average around $132,232 in Bothell. Homes are going for about $871,300 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
