First post here. I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Bothell sits at 63.1 per 100K. Median household income is $132,232, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
