Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Atlanta and Crime rate is something to consider -Boulder sits at 256.2 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,924 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.
