Should I move to Boulder or stay in Cleveland?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 1 years and You can expect to pay around $1,924 for rent here. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Does this match your experience? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Austin about 11 years ago. The main reasons were work and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Growing food and restaurant scene

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are stable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Good luck with whatever you decide..
