Unpopular opinion about Boulder

Alright, Crime rate is something to consider -Boulder sits at 256.2 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Came here for weather and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The walkability is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

I'm a real estate agent and I've found I love the pace of life here. The community is average and there's always something going on.
