Random thought, We're a young couple and Median household income is $85,364, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,924 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Boulder? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
