Working in Boulder -salaries realistic?

Hello, Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 106K people. Crime rate is something to consider -Boulder sits at 256.2 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
