First post here. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $362,900 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Bound Brook? Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
