We have two kids and Rent is about $1,467/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $488,900 on average. Household incomes average around $103,723 in Bountiful. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
