Working in Bountiful -salaries realistic?

Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Bountiful sits at 81.3 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Vietnamese places. the quality of life is solid.
