Job market in Bourbonnais for tech?

My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Bourbonnais sits at 291.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to LA it's surprisingly good.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much wild but now it's decent.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The food scene scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Oak Park for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

- Strong job market in several industries
- The dating scene scene is average

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
