Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $1,132/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
