OK so I'm a remote worker and With a population of 1,003, Bow Mar is a small town. Rent is about $3,000/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
