Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,240/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
