Hey folks, Been living here since 2005. Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $182,400, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
