Household incomes average around $48,419 in Bowling Green. The median home value here is around $232,100, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Eastside. It's tough for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in real estate you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: average. Tons of options if you like Mexican.
