OK so Just moved here 13 months ago and Poverty rate is 17.2%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a smaller city city with about 73,638 people. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $948 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
