Rent in Bowling Green getting crazy

OK so Just moved here 1 months ago and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Eastside. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in engineering. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Indian.

No regrets on my end..
