Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 7 years and Homes are going for about $83,600 on average. Household incomes average around $36,250 in Boyce. Rent is about $848/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 22.8%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
