So, I've been here for 20 years and Homes are going for about $614,900 on average. Median household income is $79,903, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 55,042, Bozeman is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
