Housing market in Bozeman right now

The median home value here is around $614,900, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $79,903, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The nightlife scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
