The good and bad of living in Bozeman

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,611/month for a decent place. Median household income is $79,903, which feels about average for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks for reading. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
