Hey, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $191,100 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots?

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 9 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
