Hey, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $712 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
