Should I move to Bradley Gardens or stay in Tucson?
Alright, The median home value here is around $508,800, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Cedar Grove. It's surprisingly good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in finance. If you're in finance you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: improving. Tons of options if you like seafood.
