Hey folks, Rent is about $1,695/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The community vibe is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
