Alright, I'm a 53-year-old accountant and It's a a mid-size city city with about 116K people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.
