Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 9.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $77,068 in Brandon. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
