Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 7 years and Rent is about $1,691/month for a decent place. It's a a mid-size city city with about 116K people. Household incomes average around $77,068 in Brandon. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
