Anyone work in healthcare in Brandon?

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $54,138, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $218,800 on average. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Brandon sits at 160.3 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great craft beer places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
