Is Brandywine good for remote workers?

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 10,989 people. Homes are going for about $543,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from Raleigh about 8 years ago. The main reasons were school and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are reasonable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Hope this helps!.
