What surprised you most about Brandywine?

The median home value here is around $543,000, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Affordable housing options
- The community vibe scene is improving

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone about the same since then.
