I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The cost of living is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much established but now it's tough.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The traffic scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
