Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Median household income is $60,370, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $954/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 18.3%, which is higher than I expected. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
