Hey everyone, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 47,337 people. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $124,837, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
