Working in Brea -salaries realistic?

Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $874,300, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,285/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? The suburbs are where most families end up.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
