Best neighborhoods in Breinigsville

So, I've been here for 20 years and Household incomes average around $116,631 in Breinigsville. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Springfield. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like seafood.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The housing market is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Lakewood. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in retail. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Austin it's improving.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The nightlife is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 2 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Hope this helps!.
