I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this?

I've lived in North for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The public transit scene is solid
The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not very walkable outside downtown
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The safety is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
