Best neighborhoods in Brentwood

Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a smaller city city with about 64,609 people. Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here?

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
