Hey, I'm a 31-year-old firefighter and Homes are going for about $791,600 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.
