First post here. Household incomes average around $139,567 in Brentwood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 10 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to community vibe but Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
